We have committed to ensuring you get your jewelry pieces in time. We ship with UPS to ensure it gets picked up from our doorsteps and arrives at your doors, with the utmost care and attention.

Tell me about shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping of $10.00 to anywhere in Canada and the United States. Worldwide shipping is a flat rate of $35.00.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

Yep! If your order is subject to duties, taxes, or related fees, you'll be charged at checkout (you won’t need to pay anything extra when your package is delivered). We collect the amount for sales tax and duty at checkout.

Do you ship to Canadian PO Boxes?

Orders are shipped via UPS and require a residential or business street address.

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 2pm ET are processed the next business day). UPS will pick up the order and you will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

I'm having problems with the tracking.
